Cryptocurrency Payment Gateway Integration for Forex & CFD Brokers

Broking Bridge is building a cryptocurrency payment gateway integration for Forex and CFD brokers. It will connect crypto payment providers to your broker CRM. It will link each deposit and withdrawal to the right client and trading account. Your team will see the status of every payment and can match records faster.

Integration

What the Integration Does

Broking Bridge is a CRM made for brokers. It does not hold client crypto. It does not process blockchain payments. Your connected crypto payment provider does that. Broking Bridge brings each payment into your CRM, links it to the client, and runs your approval steps.

Step Who does it
Receive and track crypto Payment provider
Save payments, link clients, run approval steps Broking Bridge (planned)
Decide to credit, and follow the rules Your brokerage

The provider sends the payment status and ID. Broking Bridge adds the client and account link. Your brokerage makes the approval decision.

Compare

Crypto Payment Gateway vs. Broker CRM Integration

A crypto payment processor can receive and track payments. What it offers depends on the provider. A broker CRM integration adds something different. It links payments to client profiles and trading accounts, adds your approval steps, and helps your team match records. Many brokers may need both.

What you need Crypto payment processor alone Broking Bridge integration
Receive and track crypto Depends on provider Through connected providers
Link payments to clients Depends on provider; may need manual matching Planned
Link to trading accounts Depends on provider Planned
Track IB and partner referrals Rarely Planned
One view for sales, support and finance Rarely Planned

Pick a processor alone if you only need to accept payments. Add the integration if your team matches payments by hand.

Benefits

Why Brokers Use Crypto Payment Solutions

Crypto payment solutions can give clients one more way to fund an account where local options are few. For a broker, the biggest gain is less manual work:

Link payments to clients

Every payment request goes to a client record.

See status fast

Provider updates show next to the client.

Catch odd payments

Wrong or unknown transfers get flagged.

Match records

Finance can compare provider, CRM and platform data.

Track withdrawals

See who approved each request, and when.

Know two risks. Stablecoins like USDT and USDC try to stay close to the US dollar, but nobody guarantees it. Fees and speed change with the network, the provider and the coin, so compare them with your current payment methods.

Payment steps

How a Crypto Payment Works

A payment confirmed on the blockchain is not yet approved by you. These are planned steps, not live features.

What happens Planned handling
Payment is pending Track “payment requested” and “confirmed on network” as two separate statuses.
Wrong amount Send too-low or too-high payments to a review list.
Wrong network Flag it for your team. Getting the money back depends on the provider and network.
Same alert twice Check each alert so one payment is never credited two times.
Compliance hold Keep confirmed payments waiting until you approve them.
Withdrawal request You approve first. Then the provider sends the funds. Status is tracked all the way.
Records don’t match Compare the provider and CRM by payment ID, coin, network and amount.

Example

A client sends 480 USDT for a 500 USDT request. The provider confirms 480. The CRM flags the gap. Your team picks one: credit 480, ask for the rest, or refund.

Normal path

The client picks a coin and network. The provider tracks the transfer. Your checks run. The CRM saves the record. An approved deposit funds the trading account through your platform link.

Security controls

We are still defining the security controls, and we must check them before launch. Broking Bridge will publish the controls that are really in place, and their limits. We will not describe a planned control as a live one.

Before launch, we plan to publish details on access and login, activity logs and payment history, data storage and privacy, how we handle problems, and which countries we support.

Who stays in charge

Payment providers handle the crypto side inside their own services. Broking Bridge is being built to save payment data and support your steps. Your brokerage stays in charge of client checks, alerts, and the final decision to credit or pay out, under the law and your own rules. The exact split depends on the provider, the setup and the country.
